Riding the electric tandem was hands down the highlight of our trip to Savannah. We had so much fun and our day was filled with nothing but laughter cruising around the historic district for hours on end! We cannot say enough good things about Ernesto-he was awesome. Due to our travel arrangements, he made special accommodations and met us on a day that the shop is normally closed. In addition, he upgraded us and allowed us to rent the tandem instead of the planned single rental that was bought as a groupon deal. We even had a "minor" issue with the battery that ended up being 100% user error; however Ernesto was patient and once again accommodating in helping us quickly resolve the situation. We appreciate the wonderful customer service that we received and will definitely use Electric Bikes of Savannah for our next visit. Thank you!

Ernesto was amazing! Very accommodating and helpful. My girlfriend and I had a very fun experience going through the squares of Savannah on a tandem bike. We had never rode a tandem before and my gf is too afraid to ride her own bike so we took a chance at riding the tandem and we had a blast! Thank you again to Ernesto and to Savannah Electric Bikes for this memorable experience!

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
My 11 year old son and I rented from them and had the most memorable and fun experience. I rented a bike for me and a scooter for my son. After we were given the safety talk and an overview of where not to go we got helmeted and given locks and sent on our way. We rented for a whole day and we are glad we did. We were able to see everything we intended to see and then some. We were able to ride through each and every square in town, take a few mansion tours, go to lunch, and crisscross the town not missing a thing. We were so sad we had to take the bikes back at the end of the day. I honestly can't say enough how much fun renting an electric bike is and how convenient it is! Walking won't allow you to see the whole city in a day and driving means having to park, which isn't ideal, parking is in short supply in Savannah proper. With an electric bike you have the freedom of both options. Electric Bikes of Savannah delivered a fantastic experience and you won't regret renting.

So much fun!! Best way to get around downtown Savannah. My husband and I had so much fun on these bikes. Several other people that were riding regular bikes (and dying from the heat) kept telling us they wish they had electric bikes and told us that we looked like we were having fun on them. We had several people ask us where we rented them. We had a blast! Can't recommend enough!
