I ordered a pizza to go and waited inside the restaurant for about half an hour and I was never called for it. I had to go to the front counter and I had to ask if my pizza was ready. It was indeed. It had been for a while but the cashier simply "forgot" about it. It is frustrating to have to go through this when there is no need. They should focus on customer service. Hopefully the MOD, Alex, talks to his employees about this.

Consistently the best pizza for a reasonable price I have found. The quality definitely tastes better than any other chain pizza restaurant in Santa Maria to me. I've gotten a pizza almost every Friday some other days as well but for over a year! Ordered more pizza from Papa John's here in SM than any where else in my life!

I really love their vegetarian pizza choices. Only 6 minutes from my home, by the time I place the order on line and get to the store it is just coming out of the oven. It really makes my car smell good on the way home. Papa John's has teamed up with the local blood donation center where they give points toward a Papa John's pizza. The store often has great special prices and I was able to get two extra large pizzas just by using my donation points. How great is that?

I was gifted a free xl pizza. Nowhere did it say that there was no delivery. I was told.i had to bring the coupon in so a manager could see it before they would deliver. I am in a wheelchair at the moment and can't drive. That's why the friend sent me the food. The Groupon coupon is a rip off for me. Chapter two I called Groupn. They asked for the manager's name and asked me to speak to him. He wouldn't give me his name and he would not come to the phone. But they are going to deliver for 3.25 which is the tax plus delivery fee. That's fair. The Groupon representative told me she had never had a call about papa John's not delivering.
