Standard good fresh salad.. never ending pasta good sauce flavor ... bread sticks a bit doughy... but service was top notch

Great food; the bread sticks and salad complements the whole experience. The bad side are the prices... too high for a franchise restaurant. For less than what I pay at Olive Garden, i can eat at a real Italian restaurant.

Poor visit to a normally ok chain restaurant.
Long wait when seated at the bar waiting for a table.
Drinks (fountain and alcoholic) went empty and stayed that way until we flagged down a server.
Appetizers came in the middle of the meal and had to be sent back.
Lasagna was burnt on the bottom. Was halfway through the meal before breadsticks came.

Standard Olive Garden no difference from any others around the country. We had soup and salad at lunch and two waters. Bill came to just under $20 without the tip. Salad was fresh and the soup was hot. Bread sticks were so so. There are four kinds of soup. It's all you can eat soup and salad so switch it up on the soup. I like the pasta fagoli. Good experience would go back there.
