Horrible experience me and my family will never eat here again. We clearly stated to the Waiter we would like over medium and that didn't work, then he forgot the pancakes that are supposed to accompany our meal. When I asked for a credit for not receiving any at all they took 2.00$ off the ticket. What a joke apparently Mexicans are more important than Americans nowadays.

IHOP food is predictable and way too many sugary entrees. This IHOP had well trained and attentive servers. We had just walked out of a nearby Denny's.

I called in 2 orders of crepes when I went in to pick them up the guy said my total was $26 and change each order runs about $9 plus tax. So I knew the total wasn't right I told the guy it was only 2 orders and nothing else he responded yes but that's the total. I couldn't understand why it was so much. I paid the $26 he wouldn't give me a receipt. He finally gave me the receipt and I saw they had charged me over 5 dollars of gratuity. Seriously on a call in order. I complained about it and all they told me the gratuity charge was enforced on every order. Have never ordered from there again. The basically charge you to buy at their restaurant.

I'm confused. BAD SERVICE with great food. You have a large restraunt and only use half of it; We were at full capacity on one side- I wasn't comfortable. The waiter went missing.
Restrooms were "out of order".

A good place for pancakes if you don't feel like making some yourself.
Friendly helpful staff, dependably good food, an all around solid place to eat. I just prefer local placed unless I specifically want pancakes.
