Deeply unprofessional and should probably lose their license due to the owner and manager. I went for my first session and had a great one, with the therapist recommending she see me 2x a week. When the owner and manager found out I had had a head injury years ago she refused service to me. I was told she would call me and of course she never did. Why go into medicine if you are going to selectively decide who to treat and discriminate against the disabled? REALLY BAD

The first time I went I told them I'd be paying cash because I have a high deductible. They told me the cash price was $100 per visit. After 8 visits I received bills for over $200 additional. It turned out that if I'd NOT told them I had Presbyterian Insurance they'd have charged $100 per visit. BECAUSE I had insurance with PHS they charged and extra $30 per visit. I complained to PHS, who blew me off. So if you have insurance and plan to pay with cash, don't tell them. Better yet, go to one of the many honest P.T. services in Santa Fe.

Excellent therapy treatment. They used needling on my hip pain and it was better immediately. The staff are all nice - I recommend it highly.
