We are so blessed to have a Pharmacy in Santa Fe! Their staff is always incredibly helpful and such prompt service. Kudos to everyone there--pharmacy is fantastic!

I switched to Pharmaca for two main reasons. One: to follow my favorite Pharmacists Perry Mackrill and Henrietta Jacobs, and two: for a special compound prescription.
Perry and Henrietta are absolutely amazing. They are without a doubt some of the nicest pharmacists out there. Their attention to detail stands out, especially with a patient like me, who can only take certain brands, has various allergies, has frequent prescription adjustments and changes which often require preauthorization from slow insurance companies. Their devotion and service cannot compare with other pharmacies! And I have been to pharmacies all over the country on a biweekly basis over the past 30 years so please believe me when I tell you how impressively superior the staff at Pharmaca is. I can also honestly say that I am not the only customer who feels this way, nor am I the only one who goes out of their way, driving further, just because of the care and treatment your staff gives, especially the Pharmacy Manager, Perry Mackrill. Although I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service and the fact that Pharmaca makes onsite compound prescriptions, I would still follow Perry anywhere, he is so fantastic. No matter the ease or difficulty of my Rx's, Perry always follows it through with a smile to my satisfaction. Even my doctors prefer to work with him.
The rest of the Pharmaca staff are getting to know me and my many odd prescription needs and I again attribute this to Perry and Henrietta's guidance. If you want excellent service, stick with or switch to Pharmaca.

My experience with this wonderful staff has been nothing but exemplary! I am a hospice nurse and I visit patients in their homes as well as in facilities. The personnel at Pharmaca are amazing! They work so hard and yet are always willing to work even harder to make sure my hospice patient's needs are met. I appreciate every one of them. Hospice is challenging and knowing I can call Pharmaca even on Sunday is a blessing!

I'm so grateful for the wonderful staff at my local Pharmaca in Santa Fe. In a pinch they have helped me fill a prescription when no other competing pharmacy in town could oblige. Perry the head pharmacist is the standout here and consistently exceeds my expectations providing friendly, knowledgeable service in a town with a dearth of professionalism. I will keep coming back for my favorite organic brands and hope that in this day and age of online competition pushing out our favorite local businesses that they don't fall prey to them as well.
