Spencer at Signature Vacation Rentals manages our property in Santa Barbara. He is fabulous! He and Kevin keep the place in wonderful condition, find qualified renters, and manage all aspects of the short-term rental process. Spencer is very good at keeping in touch with us, and works hard to keep everything going smoothly. It’s so nice to have them looking after our condo for us, and finding people to rent it who take such great care of it. We highly recommend Spencer to anyone looking for a short-term rental property manager.

My experience with Spencer from Signature Vacation Rentals in Santa Barbara has been fantastic. He is friendly, informative and upfront about the house and our lease agreement. Their office has been very prompt with any answering any questions or helping us with any fixes at the rental. We are currently in one of their long term lease properties and it's been amazing so far! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vacation or long term rental.

I am moving to the Santa Barbara area, and while my partner and I were on a wait list for housing, we wanted to make sure we had a back up place to stay. So, we rented the California Bungalow through Signature Vacation Rentals. My experience has always been that rental companies are slimy, greedy, and rude, but Spencer at Signature Vacation Rentals proved me wrong. He was incredibly helpful in securing my rental, and he made the application process incredibly easy, and made the moving experience even easier having the peace of mind that we would have a place to stay for an extended period of time. The contract was very thorough, and the pricing is very reasonable for the exceptional property and service, as well as the many amenities it offers.
Months after we booked with Spencer, we ended up canceling our reservation because the housing we were waiting for became available. We contacted Spencer, and we worked together to find a new tenant, and since they found a new tenant, they gave me a full refund for my deposit. WOW! I was incredibly blown away at not only how kind Spencer was through both the reservation and canceling process, but also how hard he worked to help find a new tenant so we could have our money back.
Spencer and Signature Vacation Rentals are an exceptional operation, and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone for any and all of your needs, whether it is a brief trip, or an extended stay while searching for housing. Thank you for all your help, Spencer!

The Knapp Estate is a beautiful home tucked away in a lovely neighborhood. Our vacation there was so perfect for all we enjoy - close to nearby dining, shopping, beaches and hiking trails. The home had everything we needed to relax and enjoy ourselves and the views from the outside deck are stunning! We highly recommend this rental!
