We stayed for 3 months. The location is good but there are better/cheaper properties. The house was filthy and in bad shape. Every door knob was loose and nearly falling off. The ceiling fans didn't work properly. The worst part of this place is the landlord. When discussing areas of town we want to move to she told me to "go see WHAT gets off the bus after school." She was referring to Hispanic children. Disgusting! They were difficult to get a hold of when we needed something and were rude on several occasions. They also charged us for damage to a table that we did not do. Admittedly, we moved some furniture, which was not allowed according to the lease agreement, to accommodate our couch. I am 100% confident we did not damage the table, but this gave her a reason to charge us since we "violated the terms" of the lease by carefully moving furniture to fit the couch we told her we were bringing. I would NOT recommend this property.
