Who doesn't love this place? Fabulous fresh burgers and fries. Lines can be very long but totally worth the wait! Drive through as well. Open until 1:30am on weekends. I've noticed that the drive through line is shorter on weekdays around 4:00 pm! Restrooms for customers. Very friendly staff!

I LOVE the food and the prices. What drives me nuts is the contrived miscommunication.
"I'd like a double double with grilled onions. No fries. No drink."
"Do you want something else with that?"
"I think I was pretty clear."
Same request on another day--
"Just the meat and cheese?"
"What I said."
I got home and found two pieces of bread, some meat and some cheese. No lettuce no tomato. Nasty.
These people try really hard to please but they're forced to miscommunicate by management, I'm sure.

You simply can't trust someone who doesn't love In N Out. Cheap, great, fresh food that is real, unlike typical "fast food". Super clean restaurants and kitchens with consistently friendly people.

Got a double-cheese burger, fries, condiments on side, grilled onions, diet drink, and extra fries at the window for my wife to go with her cut-in-half cheese burger. Usual nice, hot, tasty meal, that would have tasted great with lettuce in my double, my wife's cut-in-half ch-burger had not been, 2/3, 1/3, and I had not had to return inside for the extra fries. Albeit, this is a rare experience for me, but thought I would wrap all of them in one. Thank you for great food and great service.

Pretty good taste. Can't get it cooked as rare (Actually medium rare) as I like.
More expensive than McDonald's but also tastes better.
Can get soda refills at no cost.
