Hello Steve,
I just want to share my excitement with you before it faded away.
I feel so "free". I don't know how long I've lost it.
I felt something very difference while taking a walk yesterday evening. I wondered why, what happened? I finally figured it out. It's my body! I noted that my neck is light, straight, without feeling the tug, stiffness. My back, front chest, and lower back felt "opened up". The steps are easy to make without feeling the dull pain from the lower back. It just felt like a bended piece of metal got straighten up. Now, I realize how much it has an impact on me all this time.
Something that simple yet it changed my mood. I feel happy and hopeful. I guess I should never take my body for granted.

I went to see Steve Politis because I was having constant migraines and having serious issues when changing altitude. Steve worked on my neck and gave me exercises to strengthen my neck. I saw Steve for six visits. My migraines began to be less painful immediately and continued to get better. My neck pain improved and the exercises greatly improved the strength in my neck. I wrote a book about my healing from migraines and I give credit to Steve as the largest contributor to the healing of my neck and migraine pain. I highly recommend him. He also helped with my posture and hips, as I was standing incorrectly. I now walk and stand better and my hip muscles have improved as well. I appreciate his extra training beyond physical therapy. He has helped to improve my quality of life. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains things well.

Steve is by far the most professional and astute practitioner I have had the pleasure of working with. His knowledge of the body and what it is needing are top notch. My osteoarthritis pain and the attending nerve pain have both been lessened to a great extent by the work we have done together. He sets goals collaboratively with me and "assigns" exercises for me to do at home which are quite safe and 'doable' and have helped me a great deal. He never pushes me too much, and the safe procedures he uses on me always leave me feeling better and hopeful for the future.

This experience was hands down the best experience I have had with a physical therapist. The one on one attention I had with him, along with his extensive knowledge that he shared, helped me go from limping around for a year and a half to running and playing sports within a month of my first visit. Thank you Dr Steve Politis!! Honestly you can't go wrong. He is that good!!
