The technicians are very good. The front desk people are very good. The doctors are good. The time lapse from initial call , to actually seeing a doctor is very bad. If you have to see a specialist , the wait time is horrendous.

They ask me questions that are private. They don’t return your calls until a month later in the evening. I get nervous when I put on the gown and get shots. I wish they had more doctors offices other then Samsung. They make me so uncomfortable. I go even though I don’t need to.
