For the love of all that is holy, NEVER GO HERE, EVER! Ask any dentist in town, they will tell you not to ever bother.

The dentist I saw here tried to talk me into getting $4000 worth of work. It didn't seem right to me because I am so young and take care of my dental hygiene. So I got a second opinion and the new dentist treated me with integrity. Do not trust this office.

Excellent service. They do the appropriate care that I need for my teeth. I have had other clinics attempt to sell me expensive treatments that were 10 times the cost and overly aggressive treatment compared to Gentle Dental. Gentle Dental treated me with the appropriate care conservatively at the appropriate price. They also a very willing to work around my busy work schedule in regards to fitting me in to my appointments. I have recommended to my coworkers and will continue to do so.

I would give 0 stars but Google does not let me.
DO NOT CONSIDER THIS PLACE AS YOUR OPTION FOR TREATMENT, PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I paid my orthodontic treatment in full expecting (as promised) a good quality treatment and care, but since I already paid, they no longer care about being helpful. It seems to me that all they care about is getting new clients, and I say clients because they do not treat you as a patient, with care and they do not understand that it is YOUR teeth, your dental health what matters the most.
This dental office has brought me a lot of bad experiences. I started my orthodontic treatment 2.5+ years ago, my estimated treatment time was 18-24 months maximum. The doctor was available just once per week, he lived in LA and cancelled a lot of appointments. I got 4 appointments in a row cancelled, and I did not hear an apology for it.
The new doctor has been ok, he does not seem to care much, they treat me as if I were receiving treatment for free, the attention is not personalized, they make mistakes and do not apologize. One time, my bracket broke right after I walked out of the office. I went back to let them know, but the ortho assistant told me I was wrong and that everything was fine (with an ironic attitude). I have had braces long enough to be able to know when there's a problem, but she ignored me anyway. When I was finally able to see the doctor, he confirmed there was a broken bracket and told me the teeth moved and that he needed to adjust the wires because I was in fact correct from the beginning. My teeth moved and caused even more delay on my treatment.
I am beyond disappointed, sad and frustrated because I am not even sure if my treatment is going well. Today, another appointment was cancelled again and they arbitrarily gave me another date and time, without even having the consideration of asking whether it was convenient for me or not. I asked for another time, and the answer was "that's all we have, or we will move you to another the next week" I was NOT the one cancelling the appointment, they should at least take some responsibility for it and be considerate to the patients.
The treatment was not low-prince and they took the full amount in one payment.
I am highly considering taking legal action because as a health services provider, the treatment and attention is very poor and unprofessional.
The manager was not helpful either.
I am sad that my ortho treatment turned out to be this way.
