Unreliable. My first appointment was scheduled a week ahead of time and canceled due to a "medical emergency" for the stylist. We rescheduled and it was fine but I was not offered a discount. Months later I made another appointment (over a week ahead of time) and I was called 2 days prior to be reminded of my appointment (and that they had a strict cancellation policy). One day before my appointment I receive a call telling me that the stylist also had a "medical emergency" and had to cancel. The fact that this happened more than once speaks volumes to the professionalism and reliability of the business. I will not be returning.

Manny is an absolute gem! I went in thinking I was getting just a trim and got so much more, for the price I was quoted! I've never been so happy with a haircut, especially as a first time customer. The salon has a nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. Will definitely be returning!

I visited Sanctuary Salon for the first time this evening, and I will definitely be back. The receptionists at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was relaxing. Linda, my stylist, was top notch. She cut my hair perfectly. It has been a challenge trying to find a stylist who is able to do an A-line cut well. My last hair cut was choppy and uneven. She was able to fix my hair without going too short. I feel like a million bucks now. Linda is awesome!

Great salon, nice atmosphere and friendly people. The amazing stylists got my very fine hair to stay curled all night! Coffee and tea are offered as well.
