They Charged my Card $2,000.00 refused to give me a refund until I signed a hold Harmless, so I wouldn't be able to sue them for Botched Botox!
Their RN is not listed as a Registered Nurse with the state of California as required by law. The Doctor is not in the office and does not consult on all procedures.
