This man was absolutely rude and disrespectful! He even hung up on me while I was recaping our conversation and making sure we were on the same page. How he expected me to pay $1000 without assurance of contract I don't know. Recommendation: if you can get your insurance elsewhere...please do! Just not with zain! Horrendous customer service with ZERO effort to make potential client valued.
