After 15 days of no service after paying them $680, I need to know that my cobra insurance is active or that it can be expedited. After a small conversation the manager decided to yell at me over the phone and decided to refuse to pick up my phone calls. Right now I have a life threatening health problem and my insurance company refuses to act civilized or do anything but give me excuses.
