I don’t know about the reviews here on bad customer service. Dr Trinh and his staff are excellent at communicating and making you feel welcomed.

Dr. Trinh has been our family dentist for the last 10 years. He and his staff are flexible with our busy schedules, and are amazing with our kids! My younger son is actually looking forward to the check-ups ;)

He listen"s and explains in an easy to understand way. I have always been pleased with the work I had done.

same experience as in a previous review....terrible customer servicer. if you want someone to talk to you like you are their 5year kid in trouble come here.
