Unprofessional ! Unorganized !
I was expecting the person that cleaning my kid teeth is dentist but she too busy so the staff did the cleaning for my son, The cleansing was quick not even last for 10 munites. The way she do the cleansing is not smooth, like no training. And special the way she talk to customers is unprofessional . She said that I WASTE OF HER TIME , she even said "DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT WAS DOCTOR SAY " while I was concerned and questions.
Office seen busy, not enough dentists and staffs, unorganized, unprofessional. Won't come back. Would not recommend. Any way Sorry about my bad English

This place is completely unprofessional. We set a date for my daughters appointment to extract her cavities. This place gave us an appointment 2 months out from her initial checkup. They stated they didn't have the dentist to work on my daughter's teeth. I took the appointment because I figured that we could wait. Today, a day before my daughters appointment, some very unprofessional girl calls and said she has been trying to contact me for days, saying my cell phone was always busy. Yeah right!!.. Nevertheless, she had to cancel without any regard to how my daughters teeth...and now we have to start over with a different dentist.
I do not recommend this place to anyone..they are completely unprofessional and incompetent.

I was here at this place last week with my 2 year old daughter. Everything went smooth. Child friendly atmosphere, people here are nice. The office in particular is very clean and modern.
