I went in to buy a couple hats and an A's jacket .I asked the guy in there named mundo how often they get new hats he ignored me and i said are you not gonna answer and me and he said no. I was a lil mad but im glad i did not spend the 200 plus i went there to spend.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I walked in asking for something specific and received absolutely no help. The clerk just stood there and told me "it's that way" and went back to doing whatever it was he was doing on the computer. I don't know what he could have been doing as no one else was in the store.

Terrible customer service and very disorganized.spent half an hour trying to find right size because they don't sort out items. Needed simple exchange and they refused to help.
