The lines are bad take too damn long for. A little bit of people. Besides that macys very clean and love the perfume area.

Very busy , sometimes takes a while to get attended. Other than that it's all good.

This store is OK to shop at. I have been a costumer of this store for many years. Also, this store has many amenities.

Im upset because the clerk working in the kids dept. @ the register facing the wall around 3:30 7-27-2017 didnt help me at all. I really needed clothes for my son who is really hard to shop for. I tried to upload money to my prepaid macys card only to have my atm card decline. Tried another card. Uploaded the money, then decline! There is body language and tone of voice that is keen to my intuitiveness. I have a feeling that if I didnt take a shower and had my slippers on she would have treated me nicer!

It gets crazy full During the holidays. When I get attended I feel like the younger employees are nicer. I got cool discounts on some purses. I really liked the tall young lady in hand bags I believe her name was Vanny or something. She was very sweet and helpful my mother really liked her too , haven't seen her lately, unfortunately. But overall great customer service.
