Nice place, I went here for a Cinequest screening and enjoyed the experience. Theater was clean, seats were comfortable and the movie was good, which I'd say ticks all the boxes of what you want from a theater. Parking downtown can get expensive so I'd advise public transit or an Uber, but there are parking garages nearby that aren't too pricey if you do have your own car

Big theater and friendly staff. I enjoy watching movies here. I prefer to hop on the light rail which has a stop that's a one minute walk to the box office. There's also a bunch of food options within walking distance. Overall great experience.

Decent theater in the heart of Downtown. Not usually that crowded, which is a nice change of pace compared to some of the other nearby chains. Be a little cautious outside however. My girlfriend had her cell phone stolen right out of her purse! (it was unzipped on her shoulder). Turns out that even though Downtown San Jose is improving each year, it's still Downtown San Jose...

Nice theater, but selection is limited, not all theaters are running all the time. Food choices are more than hot dogs, but just barely. Popcorn is fresh. Parking is validated if you use the 2nd Street (City) Garage. If what you want is playing there, they are a reasonable place to go.
