The vet took plenty of time to spend with my pet. Usually going to the vet is like a factory but this is very personal and informative

Today, I went to cat adaption center and asked meet kittens. This is my first time experience this human society in San Francisco. One old lady asked me how many cat you have and I told them two. And her face turned to mad and said to me "why you need one more kitten". Her attitude is so unprofessional and she looked like tell me " get out now, no kitten for you"
I feel like oh really? It's same meaning If her friends or someone who has already 2kids and they have one more baby, she will says like that too!?!?
I was so upset because her attitude.
And I could see how she takes care of cats in here too.
I will never go back here again. And if I could I want to give them zero star.

Great staff. I have been to this location only once, but equally as good as the one in mission. Very difficult to find parking though.

The SPCA provides much needed services for sick, homeless animals. Not only do they have a 24 hour emergency clinic at the Pacific Heights location on Folsom street. Its also the home to the feline clinic and the adoption center. The staff are genuinely kind people who enjoy their job. They offer weekend appointments for the feline clinic which works great for our hectic schedules. Most impressive of all is how responsive the vets are to emails. I definitely recommend this practice to anyone.
