My doctor is Jessica Holliday and she is compassionate and skilled. I really love the staff here which is quite friendly and thoughtful. A bonus is that I can walk my pup nearby in gg park before and after appointments.

Very busy place but the doctors and techs are excellent and genuinely care about every patient. They will always spend the time needed.

Yesterday my dog was sick from diarrhea, I bring my dog to this hospital (sunset branch)
I didn't make appointment but I told the reception I can wait, she gave a a long face said they don't accept without appointment.
I though this hospital should give patience a chance to wait, not by book.
Doctor see patience because patience (dogs, cats) ill, nobody will bring their pets to a hospital if their pets are healthy. If Doctor only work for money, they should let me wait, they can make money on this case, If they work by heart, they care about animals, they will let me wait too. See a patience (dogs, cats) won't cause more than half an hour.
I feel sorry for this hospital especially the front desk staff.

Great vet service. I've been taking my dog there for many years, and never feel like they are trying to sell me procedures or products that my pup doesn't need many other places (including the SPCA). Highly recommend it!

The staff and vets here have always been very friendly, reasonable and helpful. The vet always answered my questions and provided explanations for any treatments my cat needed.
