Horrible experience! The driver drove horrible and spoke all the time about nonsense stuff! I have severe backache righ now that the tour is over because his speed was high while going over the street bumps. He never said sorry after he saw everyone shouting while bus was flying over the bumps in the street. Definitely my worst experience among all the tours I have ever tried and do not recommend it.

I had a great time at both Napa Winery and Muir Woods. We had a great tour guide called Silvio, who taught us the local history and make the journey time more bearable. Great place to book from, and I highly recommend it.

Took 2 tours through this company, same day. City tour in the morning and Muir woods in the afternoon. City tour wasn't bad, though the driver droned on about his family instead of facts at times; though he was very knowledgeable. Second tour took us into the woods and we had Silvio as our driver. He was awesome, knowledgeable, and funny.
As far as the tours: whichever is first will have the least amount of traffic to deal with. Golden Gate bridge can be a bear for traffic, so beware.
