Worst in customer skills, I booked a tour with their website at a time they offered for that tour, but the time their system gave me was a totally different time, and they refuse to even attempt to change it to the corrected time that I requested, and it is booked for over a month away! :-( First time using Viator's services, will definitely be the last!!!

We took their "luxury van" tour in Holland Kinderdijk and felt like were in a prison van - unable to clearly see out of the windows or the blocked windshield., unable to see the country side, the villages, the people because the van windows are covered with advertising - distorts the views. Very good tour guide, very bad experience.

I am only giving this place 1 Star because it wouldn't let me review it unless I gave it at least 1 Star. I provided tours and most of my guests booked through this company. Instead of paying me on time they have yet to pay me for services rendered in July and August. My account manager Carly Webb and Andrew Dutson should be fired!!!! I have ried calling them for months and they will not answer my calls, I guess it shows who the value. Stay away from this company at all costs

One travels to Spain not necessarily expecting to have to be fluent in Spanish. Found out on an expensive day tour to Segovia... that viator should truly vet their vendors that they partner with before people start paying good money. It would have been good had it not been for the Spanish interpreter speaking about 20 words of Spanish for everyone in English.... how disappointing.
