The first time i visited Zaza I had my eyebrows waxed. I felt like their price was a little high, but I was under the assumption I would get quality service. The lady that did my eyebrows didn't give me a consultation ( which is something I think is important, especially with new clients) I stopped her before she touched my brows, and informed her about my desired, shape, thickness and to make to to be careful around my scar. She ignored my advice and just went in. She took too much hair off the top of my brow with the scar. My brows turned out thick ( at least 1 did) and blocky. By the time I was handed the mirror and asked if they were ok...the damage was already done. I did appreciated the way the girl at the counter handled the situation. I expressed that I wasn't happy with how things turned out. She was pleasant, and offered me a discount. I decided to try ZaZa once more. So, before I left I booked a gel mani and pedi. Come the day of my appointment I go to get my nails done. I ended up getting a gel mani week prior and asked if i could just do a color change without manicure. They said, "No". They do not offer partial service I would have to do the whole manicure service in order to get the color change. I agreed. Then I started to wonder when they would start my pedi. I had been in he chair for more than hour. Then I was told they my pedi was never booked. I was disappointed and found this odd. I chopped it up as a miscommunication. For the majority of my time in the salon I felt like I was neglected and wasn't receiving equal service or attention as the other clients. I felt like I was neglected and pushed aside. There isn't any real skill in this place. All they can do is paint nails (Gel mani and Pedi costed over about 100). Just understand that you aren't paying for their service, but the environment.

Been going to Zaza since they opened. They are now also a wine bar! Perfect combo nails/wine! ❤️ The nail techs are all well trained and super friendly. I highly recommend getting your mani/pedi/wine here!

Not worth the price tag. I don't know about you but for a perfectly reasonable mani/pedi I want to pay no more than $35, maybe $40. The cheapest option here totals to $60. For that price, I want the best mani/pedi I've ever experienced. This just isn't it.
Honestly, there's nothing wrong with Zaza. It's perfectly fine... the staff is mostly friendly, the space is modern and clean, the manicure and pedicure are perfectly average. It would be a really solid offering if it wasn't so absurdly priced. Alas, I likely won't be back.

It was very out of my way, but checked their designs and decided to go. When I came I have found out they don't do any nail art.
The receptionist offered to do a French type of manicure, but then the lady who was doing the manicure refused to do it, cause she wasn't sure she has time for it. Which I can understand, but the quality of regular gel manicure was far from the best, and in two days the color start to peel off( usually for my nails gel States for over tree weeks)
