I purchased a Living Social coupon here and ended up purchasing a series of peels to help with old acne scarring and occasional new flair ups. Unlike a lot of places I visited before this via Living Social, the peels are strong and effective, and when you purchase a series of certain peels, you get skin care to use between treatments to maximize results. Also a very convenient location for anyone in Pac Heights, Nob Hill, or Russian Hill. Not sure why anyone would say it isn't well-kept- it looks great every time I'm there.

How's this place still in business? Other reviewers mentioned this it was filthy, but I didn't want to believe. The place is very dirty! Also appointment system is not user friendly. It's extremely hard to find a time slot! and book! an appointment. Times are very limited . During the facial, lady kept talking about packages and products "I need"- that's not very relaxing and a bit upsetting. Overall their customer service is horrible IMO. I def not gonna be back.

Very rude and unprofessional stuff. They don't treat you with respect and don't return your emails on stuff. I spoke with Rachel and she sounded rude and disrespectful. Plus this place is overpriced, they charge way more than what other places do and based on the other reviews their quality of work is poor.

They double booked my aestetician then fired her in front of me after she chose to take my appointment over a new Groupon user. I had bought a package and this was my fourth visit. With Sophia gone, I see no point in returning.

Love this place had an amazing experience super nice staff patient and understanding, The establishment is very clean and nice and welcoming A+ on the free parking as well, I got Botox on my four head and Judder on my lips and I'm very happy with procedure didn't hurt at all, five stars on this business. I will most definitely be returning..
