This place is what every massage experience should be. Kind and caring staff, incredible service, and a wonderful relaxing massage customized to your needs and preferences. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

I happened to come across Earthbody with Yelp and it started really good but something SOUR happened at the end which made a bad impression. Me and my husband got the Couples Essentials which is a 1 hour couples massage with one ritual of your choice. Clearly noted on the website and in the appointment confirmation I received from them. We got Ginky and Zeek as therapist and Ginky who did mines was great but my husband said Zeek was okay. GINKY worked really hard and worked on all parts of my body (THANKS GINKY). AFTER WE WERE DONE WITH THE MASSAGE I ASKED THE RECEPTIONIST ABOUT THE RITUAL BECAUSE I WAS EXCITED TO GET A FOOT STONE THERAPY. SHE THEN TELLS ME THAT I SHOULD HAVE TOLD HER THAT THIS WAS INCLUDED IN THE BEGINNING. WHY SHOULD I TELL YOU? YOU SHOULD KNOW THAT. SHE DENIED ALL THINGS. I SHOWED HER MY EMAIL AND SHE JUST SAID WHEN I COME IN NEXT TIME THEY WILL DO IT COMPLIMENTARY. THEN SHE TOLD THAT I WASN'T OVERPAYING BECAUSE ONLY THE MASSAGE IS A PART OF THE $330 THAT I PAYED. WOW HUH? I THEN SHOWED HER THE WEBSITE WHICH SAYS THAT IT IS INCLUDED SO SHE SAYS THAT LET ME GO TALK TO THE MANAGER. SHE GOES AND COMES BACK TO TELL ME THAT "IT WAS INCLUDED AND THEY DID THE HOT TOWEL NECK THERAPY. " LIKE REALLY YOU AS THE RECEPTIONIST DIDN'T KNOW THIS? SHE DENIED IT SO MANY TIMES AND I WAS RIGHT ALL ALONG. THE THERAPISTS DIDN'T ASK US WHAT WE WANTED. THEY JUST DECIDED. $0 TIP AND NEVER GOING BACK.

Earthbody is a sweet little place and I have enjoyed being a member for many years. I recommend checking it out! However, if you are considering membership - I offer this feedback since I recently canceled my membership. The last few years, they have raised the price each year. It is increasingly difficult to find appointments (note: your aren't able to use your membership on weekends). Massage therapists are constantly in flux. As soon as I find someone I connect with, he/she leaves. I always booked my appointments 1-2 months since my schedule can be tricky. Every month, I could count on a phone call asking me to change it "to accommodate their schedule." And more than anything, after being a loyal customer for many years and referring several others there, I don't feel like a valued customer. It's unfortunate. I will still go but less frequently and am looking forward to trying out other places in the city.

Girlfriend and I checked in for an hour long couples massage for my birthday. From the moment we walked in we could feel ourselves decompress. The reception room sets the right tone inviting a quiet ease. We were served water and tea and introduced to the two women that would be working on us. They were friendly, caring and professional, listened to our needs, and checked in often to make sure we were comfortable. Afterward we were offered more tea and water, a light snack, and I was even given a lovely scroll with a special birthday message for me.
