Loved it! The staff are very friendly, educated and helpful. I was able to do the full body relaxtion message and the spa facial. As an australian beauty therapist, I would highly reccomend you try the services here. All your relaxtion needs in one place!

Don't spend your money here. I had a really great experience years ago and then came back....I was rushed, had a horrible 50 minute massage, where I was repeatedly scratched on my fingers and scalp. I basically wanted to say, "Could you NOT do that please!??" At the beginning of my massage I was asked which parts of my body were ailing me and I told the lady that I am a dog walker and am constantly on my feet, my sciatic, my lower back and hip area. After 50 minutes she worked out sombre knots in my neck and that was that. My feet, lower back, and glut area had not been touched for a second. I'm wondering if she misunderstood me because she did not speak English very well. It seemed like she was overworked and was hurrying to get it over. I've had massages, many of them, and this was horrible. Very sad

I was last their in 2011 the General manager said I did something wrong I only try to go their for father day and brithday with my wife and brother I call and left message to this lady and she call back and talk to my wife said I can tell you what he did I need to tell him I keep calling back she will not call me 6 years later she said I did something wrong from my understanding she does this to lot of people that has the same last name if I pay by money and left a tip who wrong

Best visited if you plan on taking advantage of the shared spa facilities of jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Was delighted to find the sauna functioned and had a bucket of water with which to properly löyly; however I was thrown off by another guest who brought her iPhone into the sauna with her- this speaks not only of a laxity of common area rules enforcement but seriously how many brain cells do you have think it is a good idea to haul a piece of personal electronics into a room where you literally splash water around to raise humidity?
