Booked a same day, last minute appointment a day before NYE and they were able to fit me in with Beau. He was absolutely perfect! He cut and styled my hair exactly the way I love it and I'll certainly be back there again.

This Bliss Spa could use some improvements. The services are executed well, the service providers could be more personable, the products are fabulous but the prices just don't live up to the Bliss 5-star service I'm used to in other cities. They do offer free parking for your first 2 hrs which is nice but after that you have to pay but it's still affordable parking. The also have some light bites in their relaxation rooms which is nice if you're hungry which was kinda nice. Overall, I think their services are more catered to their hotel guests and out-of-town visitors.

I decided to try out Bliss Spa at the W Hotel a couple of weeks ago for a hot cream manicure. They are not that convenient to my office so I had to take a cab down there. The spa is located on the fourth floor of the W Hotel. The lobby of the hotel is nice and I was definitely mesmerized by the decor in the elevator. Once on the fourth floor, I checked in at the front desk for my appointment and was immediately met by the nail technician and offered a bottle of water. They have an impressive selection of Essie nail polishes (I chose raspberry). The manicurist was friendly and efficient. I let her know that I was on my lunch hour and she was able to speed things up a little bit but I did not feel like she skimped on the quality of service. The downside of the Bliss Spa is the location not being convenient to my office and the credit card guarantee is kind of a pain.
