Such great customer service! I originally ordered a scarf in the color cornflower (which was the color I wanted), but what I got was *way* to bright, and had a greenish tone (like a bright aqua). I e-mailed La Purse for a refund, and they were beyond helpful! They apologized for the mix-up of the color and offered me a refund. I asked if they did have a color that was what I was looking for, and not only did they tell which colors in their line where closest to what I wanted, but they sent a color swatch so I could see how the colors compared on my screen! I mean, is that great customer service or what?? They were so nice and quick about helping me with my problem, I'm not even upset that the color of the original scarf I ordered wasn't what I thought I had ordered.
