Great staff and service, food is priced better than most in bay area. Dishes can be hit or miss (e.g. soup options are a miss), but the ones that hit definitely make it worth coming back to.

It's a mystery to me what type of crowd this place attracts. The food is greasy, overly sweet and quality is just bad. I'm embarrassed by this place and I'm Chinese.

Overall good food and quick service, though it leaves you wishing for that bit "more" that will put it over the top. It was a hot day and it did not seem like they had AC so the open door was an open invitation for a few annoying flies.

How can you not love this place! My lord! We keep telling each other that we are going to venture wider on the menu and try other things, but the first 4 or 5 dishes we tried were so good that we have to order them every time!!! Eric's spicy eggplant with shrimp and chicken... my God, yummy! The honey walnut shrimp is something I just can't get enough of.
I can't wait to go back to Eric's... enough said!
