This is my 5th visit here and it just never disappoints. There's a reason it's in the top 3 steak houses in San Fran. The steak choices are vast and the flavours are top notch.
The fresh baked bread, the starters, the sides, the wine selection - everything is always great! Already looking forward to my next visit

The restaurant has changed its menu in the last year or so and no longer serves its famous Hamachi shots or quail egg salads. Service has gotten less attentive and the prices have gone up. They have also reduced portions and increased focus on their Wagyu etc which takes away from the overall rounded feel Alexander's was so known for. Even the cotton candy dessert is gone. Seems like a high priced Morton's now. Massive shame.

Hands down my favorite dining experience. The food, albeit pricey, is extremely high quality and the service is impeccable. Came here for my birthday with the SO and was blown away. Would definitely recommend for special occasions.

Food was delicious. Service was really good!
Dinged you guys a star as the knifes were dull. I got a porterhouse steak and when cutting the meat, it was like cutting with wood. If I have to do close to ten+ cuts to slice a piece of meat then you need new knifes.
