I swore I wouldn't work in a venue when I moved here because I didn't want to loose the magic and love I have for sf's music scene... f8 has always been a favorite, so when they asked me if to lend a hand, of course I made the exception. Glad I did because I get to work with some of the most amazing insightful musicians and booking agents in the game, and I feel like I can make a real difference in making the dance community safe and accessible, the way it should b for everyone. I feel very blessed to devote myself to this place. Forever a proud patron first, from icon to f8, this place is my cozy little home of low light and big big sound.

One of my favorite clubs in the city. Stamina Sundays always has free drum & bass shows, and they bring in great artists! The bartenders here are amazing and the people that come to the shows are always fun and friendly. See you on the dancefloor!

Definitely one of the great clubs in San Francisco. This place is HUGE - thats always a plus. The bartenders and bouncers are NOT friendly at all. And the restrooms are quite small. Apart from that, the DJ was playing awesome music, lots of people on the dance floor, and the performers were good too. They have a 20$ cover charge.

Spent two consecutive nights partying at this venue and I would definitely come back again the next SF trip. This place is ran like a dive bar, with a side catering to DJ shows. Not to mention they have very reasonable prices for drinks! If you sneak up to the back side of the venue, they even have a private artist lounge area that's open on certain occasions. Great place when supporting a friend that's DJ'in or just a group of friends that are looking for a club night without the actual club experience.
