Clean spacious rooms, with soft beds. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Everything was very quiet at night so I got plenty of rest. I enjoyed my stay there very much.

I have to say I was not impressed with this place. While the staff and doormen were very friendly, I was unhappy with the lack of small amenities for the price you pay. Every other hotel I've ever stayed in has had complimentary water and coffee in the lobby, this place did not. There was single serve coffee in the rooms but honestly that is gross. We were also upset we had no way to eat or heat up leftovers. We're in San Fran for the first time, trying all the great food and brought leftovers back to our room. I inquired about a microwave or at least silverware we could use but received a no to both. There were a few other small things that just made this place meh to me. I will try a different hotel next time.

Good location downtown within walking distance to Chinatown and Union Square. Room was quiet, spacious, and clean. Easy to find parking.

Nice room, good location and quiet. I was visiting for the San Francisco Marathon and since I was also checking out that day, I expected to be pretty rushed. However, the person I spoke with at the front desk was helpful in moving my checkout time a bit later. It sounds like a small thing but being able to take my time really made a huge difference for me. Thank you!

Other than the staff, it has been a very nice experience. Great location, spacious room, nicely decorated. We've encountered two concierges and they have been polite and helpful, but the front desk desk doesn't acknowledge you. I hate to use the word "snobby," but that is how they come off. Definitely could be a little friendlier and helpful. Overall though, nice hotel!
