I went to downtown medical for a travel vaccine consultation and was happy with the service I received. The doctor not only informed me of the necessary and optional vaccines I should consider but also gave me the vaccine prices at their office so I could compare costs elsewhere. I really appreciated how the doctor worked with me and my concerns, which were mostly financial. I would recommend their services to anyone with travel vaccination questions.

Honestly, I'd rate this place a solid 4, but the other reviews on here are so out of balance I felt like giving it a bump.
In my experience of using Downtown Medical over the past 5 years I've been very happy. They've always been available to help when I've needed and they've had good follow up. I love they have an in-house lab so I don't have to go off site for lab work. Doctors have been great and they've resolved my issues when they've come up. Also it's a pretty convenient location as it's near the financial district if you work there and otherwise not far from the Bart/Muni.

Been going to Downtown Medical for almost 4 years. Totally fine with the service to the point that I have no interest in changing. It's a doctors office, not the DMV.
