Thinking about how lucky we are to have this place in the neighborhood, I'm leaving this review after probably my 100th visit. I've never had a bad meal here and the staff is always super friendly. I dream about Sesame Salmon Go and I always opt for a bottle of (amazing) sake. Definitely not just saying this because they just dropped off a slice of complimentary green tea cheesecake. My favorite sushi in SF 💙💙

Great atmosphere, wonderful neighborhood sushi joint. Great hospitality and a fun staff. Excellent sake selection. Sit at the bar! It's romantic 😍

One of the best Sushi spots in San Francisco. My first time was on a Monday, on a date with a dear friend. We asked for a sake recommendation, something earthy, and our server brought us a few to taste. I'm not a big sake drinker, so the service made it a real treat. Big glasses! One was enough!
On to the sushi: we split two Omakase selections, a something called Mars Attack, and hot crab croquettes. The fish was as fantastic as any I've ever tasted, but the Mars Attack – which is really "just" deep fried baby octopus 🐙 – stole the show.
Quite cozy I must say, though sometimes the music would spike in volume interrupting an otherwise romantic moment. All that aside, it's the best
