Had the 8 course omakase, and wasn’t impressed. A couple of outstanding dishes but very inconsistent. Courses also delivered too quickly, gave a rushed feeling to the meal.

So, food was fantastic, sake flights as well.
The place was very busy though and we couldn't do the omakase. But Ken, our waiter, was very helpful in suggesting alternatives.
The kitchen kept confusing the order of food, but Ken always saved the experience by correcting the kitchen's mistakes immediately and without any intervention from us.

Ozumo is best for special occasions or business dinners with a group. You pay a lot here for the vibe and it's not a place to drop in on a whim. Its swanky interior and good service makes for a nice dining experience. The food is very good, but won't blow your mind and there are many other options in the city, and much less expensive at that.
