So disappointed in this property. We were expecting what the photos showed and were severely disappointed. The pics are old and dated. Blinds in the living room are all broken and falling apart making it difficult to have privacy and open windows to experience a breeze. The bathroom smelled of urine. Very strong urine. Like someone sprayed every surface and the cleaners decided to leave it. Seriously, the bathroom also had missing shower soap dish that exposed a large hole in the showerwall so the spiders can hang out and get a show! Also, great mildew formation. City inspectors should be making a visit. No fire alarms/smoke detectors/carbon monoxide alarms and its a gas range in the kitchen. There was also no toilet paper and missing light bulbs. The patio furniture was broken and unusable as was the bbq grill. Even more disappointing is we contacted the property manager and we were told that these things would be addressed during our stay but it was all hot air. They did not deliver new patio furniture or anything else they promised to repair. Dont waste your money. It is close proximity to the beach but the property is unkempt and there's quite a few locals that warned us about the homeless population and to avoid certain areas nearby.
Also, the people who slept in the beds woke up with bites all over. Those that slept on the leather pull outs did not. Not sure if bed bugs are a concern but I would not recommend you stay here unless you're a fan of being taken advantage of.
