Not respectful of other's time and not very customer service oriented. They told us that the boat had issues the day prior but then allowed us all to show up at 8am anyway. The trip was canceled and they made rescheduling/refunds difficult.

Top notch boat and crew. Really enjoyed my dives and day. Appreciate the work that goes into it. I'll be back again.

Great diving experience. They are super professional and extreamly friendly. Loved the dives i done with them and would deffinately return.

I have done 4 dives with these folks. Every single dive was a blast. Done professionally, they answer any questions you have before, during and after the dive. They are responsive to online and phone inquiries. And the environment on the boat is all around fun. I dove the Yukon twice and just came back for more of the wrecks because of the experience I had.

By far the best dive boat I have been on! Ryan, Anita, Anita's daughter, the whole crew is so accommodating and makes every trip amazing!
I actually did my OW certification through Ocean Enterprises about 2 years ago, and we went with the Waterhorse to do 3 of our certification dives at the Coronado Islands in Mexico, and I definitely got spoiled by this being my first dive boat! They know there way around these waters like no other, you can feel extremely safe with this crew, and you will also feel like royalty! Even with 22 divers on the boat, and without ever "waiting", someone from the crew is always there to lift your tank, put on your fins, take them off, etc.
Can't wait to get back on the Humboldt soon!
