Simply the very finest real estate group I've ever worked with. I highly recommend this Realty group for any of you real estates need. They helped me Short Sale my condo in Otay Ranch and it was a very smooth and easy process. I was amazed of how easy and fast the process took. I typically don't write reviews but this group deserves all the kudos it can get. Thanks again for helping me out. We just bought our first house and we are so happy that we worked with Diego Homes Realty. After trying to work with multiple real estate agents, Ian Sells at Diego Homes went above and beyond all the other agents we had talked to. They have one of the best real estate websites I have used to search for homes so far, better than Zillow! It did take quite some time to find the perfect home but Ian was patient with us the whole way through. The thing I liked most is Diego Homes always had someone available to show us homes when it was good for us, not them. I thought this was a great bonus. They also did a great job keeping me informed of the process from start to finish.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in San Diego County. Ian is already helping our best friends!

Ian sold my house and navigated the transaction exceptionally. The house went into escrow quickly after getting six varied offers in less than two weeks: two low-ball, a full-price cash, and three above-asking. Ian was able to realistically price the house based on market conditions to generate multiple offers and buyer competition. In retrospect, careful pricing was important to getting a favorable outcome, i.e. a relatively quick sale for top dollar. You'll find Ian a straight shooter, a hard worker that is looking to build a long-term relationship, and someone that recognizes that he's got to bring value to the table. Whereas some other agents will over-promise just to please you and gain your business, Ian won't do that which ultimately is a greater service to his clients. He's about substance, getting stuff done, yet Ian also has the polish to negotiate effectively. Highly recommended and will use for future real-estate deals.

What a great bunch of people. The Diego Homes Property Management group manages my investment property and was able to find a renter super fast! Not only did they find me a tenant faster then the roadrunner, they managed to get me more then I was previously asking. I actually make a larger profit now then when I was managing the home on my own. I feel so relieved knowing that everything from collecting rent to routine repairs is being handled, they do almost all of the work and I still profit. A+++ staff, thanks guys, I highly recommend them!
