HORRIBLE!!!! From the moment we walked in the front door it was awful! The décor alone is horrible and looks nothing like a spa, it looks like my grandmas old living room. Then I spoke to the receptionist and asked what kind of facial I was getting a simple question for someone who is checking you in, and she said she doesn't know I would have to ask my spa girl, so I asked to see the pamphlet so I could see what I was getting and she told me they don't have those I will have to go online to view their services. From there she proceeded to take us into an elevator that smelled like an old dingy motel 6 elevator. When we got to our lockers I was annoyed, but tried to hope for the best. Again VERY disappointed, the robe was black smelled was crunchy and hard, scratchy on your skin and the belt loops were ripped. From there I went to the relaxation room, where it was so dark you can't see very good, but now I realise why they keep it so dark, it is disgusting!!! I had my facial which she pretty much just washed my face and that was it. I was so ready to leave but thought I would check out the steam room...Gross! This place looks like an old smelly dirty gym. I decided to just leave and went back to the locker room and dressed went to wash my hands and the black paint they had painted onto the counter top was peeling off all over the sinks. It is gross dirty weird smelly and completely unprofessional!!!

The facilities are clean and well maintained. The service was excellent. The pricing policy was more than reasonable. Will become a regular here, will return soon.

I wish I could give -* we had 3 ppl book 2-3 appointments each. None of us got everything we booked. They still charged for the services we didn't get. The robes where torn and towels dirty. and the front desk girl was rude to my wife this used to be spa tiki about 10 yrs ago and they haven't updated anything or purchased new robes towels or slippers I strongly suggest staying away.

Jennifer had a difficult time figuring out how to book appointments for three people but we are patient people and we were happy to receive appointments for the next day. Should have been a warning sign right there. Multiple appointments available on a weekend in downtown? The robes and towels have holes in them, the air vents in the rooms have so much dust on them they look like they have a second job as a lint screen in my dryer, the grout is gross along with the dirty spotted shower curtain in the treatment rooms. Really, I want to wash in bleach after this. The front desk needs help, like real help if they think that they should have anything to do with customers. One question about appointment mix ups led me to a rage that in my younger days would have had her at the very least needing a dentist. Please for your future and others change careers. Other reviews have said the same so they really don't care but at least they could pretend to your face to be concerned.

The best place to go for a massage in San Diego hands down! This was my first time going to a Spa to receive a full body massage and I was very happy with my experience. The masseuse was very explicit when she explained the whole process to be and made me feel super comfortable. From the jet showers, scented oils, drinks, lighting, music, to the customer service, everything was top-notch! Definitely recommending this place and returning again in a few months :)
