I had the worst experience yesterday at The Buffalo Spot and until they change a few things in their establishment they will never get my business. I was on my lunch break ordering my food and there was a lady and her husband who ordered food and was waiting for it. The lady was disabled previously having had a stroke could not get on top of the high bar stool and table due to left side weakness. I offered to try to help her and her husband get her on to the chair. She was ashamed and afraid and declined to attempt further. I do not understand how someone who is disabled can purchase food from an establishment but not be able to sit and eat it. How much would it cost them to put in one small table and two chairs at regular height for individuals with disabilities??? This place is NOT Disability friendly....but willing to take your money. One day I saw a lady in an electric wheelchair eating her buffalo fries in her lap in her wheelchair which I was pissed about but yesterday took the cake for me. This is not great customer service!!! And I don't care what part of the city this place is in people deserve equal treatment no matter what.... I will be contacting people further about this situation because it wrong on every level and deserves to be taken care of so no one ever has to go through what these two ladies had to!!!

I had some boneless wings. The buffalo sause was good. I give 3 stars because of the quality of the chicken. It was chewy and didn't taste fresh. If the owners are reading this try FRESHER ingredients! Otherwise good service.

I have tried a lot of wings around town and these are definitely at the top of the list! The staff was great..especially Angie! Will be back soon!
