The only place for German food in the area. I eat here several times a year. Ambience is good. Food is good. Limited parking.

An Ocean Beach staple and favorite of locals. Excellent variety of German dishes. Full bar, but limited craft beers. The veal was outstanding as was the sausage sampler. The prices are a bit high and the service is...odd, but would definitely recommend it.

Love this place. Solid German food and a great atmosphere. A Bier Garten in the back. A little speedy, but worth every penny. Try the goulash!

Just an awesome place to get dinner and drink a few beers! Classic meat-heavy German food! Lots of beef, chicken, and pork to choose from. The Spätzle is awesome of course, if you go you must try it. Beer options tend to be common German beers that are not often found in the US. Bit on the price overall though.

I have been a regular customer of Kaiserhof for over 15 years and I have never had either bad service or meal. In fact, I have found the service staff to be extremely friendly and helpful even when the restaurant is packed. I like that I can have different types of food(steak, fish, chicken, etc.)& its always well prepared & delicious. Desserts are outstanding as well. A few weeks ago I had the best tomato soup ive ever eaten. Kaiserhof is my favorite restaurant in San Diego.
