So I placed an order to go and came in exactly time they said it be ready, I got here waited for more then thirty minutes cause they lost my order.? They need more responsible people.

That ihop is horrible I had to wait almost an hour for my food to arrive I did not even like the service that they have it’s liek they don’t even know how to work/ waiters ignore the fact that your waiting to be served so that ihop is so bad I hope it gets taken down who agrees with me and if ihop if your reading this I hope you change what your doing because you suck at your job just quit and let more professional people take your place.

The only thing i didnt like was the waitress and the cook yelling a conversation at each other. Talking and cursing in Spanish about how they were going to get into a fight with this girl..... Idk where they think they are but everyone out in the tables could hear them. I was just cringing. Unprofessional. 👇

I never write reviews but this was beyond ridiculous.
Horrible! Starting with the customer service. I had to greet them in order to be greeted. We had to wait 45 min just to get our food. The food didn't even taste like it was worth the wait. On top of that, they mixed up our order and we had to transfer food from one person to another. Even the management was horrible. Never again! A waitress went up to the register while we were waiting with a receipt and money from a table. She told the supervisor what table it was from and he replied with "tell them to come up here and pay". Thankfully she knew something about customer service and answered "That would be so rude!" If I ever step food into this place again, it'll be to get a job and show them how it's done.

We came on July 4th. It was busy, but we didn't have to wait long. Meal was tasty. But, what really impressed me was our waitress, Mary. She was awesome and provided excellent service. She also made the experience fun with her festive 4th of July outfit.
