Quick ez to order and get food. Store is clean, including bathroom. Food is cooked well and tasty, but nothing too spectacular. It is fast food, but service was great and the girl who waited on at the counter was super friendly and got the order correct. I asked for a water and she actually brought 4 cups to our table, one for each of us. Prices moderate. Would go again as my wife is Filipino and enjoyed it.

Decided to dine at chowking on a Friday evening and we went to order our foods... We asked for water while waiting for our order and the server whose name is "Patricia" was not that friendly... Not smiling and even the manager "Erika" who should be accommodating and should provide good customer service has the same attitude... Not only that, the manager was also on her mobile phone while on duty! We asked for a pitcher of water and they immediately refused to give us because they only do it on weekends. We are a paying customers and yet they were not accommodating at all... They should be trained more about "CUSTOMER SERVICE" both the manager and the staff. 8/5/16 @ 7:41pm plaza Blvd., national city

I ordered garlic chicken with rice. Not bad. Portion is too small compared to the price. In busy time, not easy to find parking. This is located in the same shopping center with red ribbon bakery.
