Sadly, there is no option for negative stars. To anyone who is considering using this company for auto insurance, I STRONGLY discourage you from doing so! My husband's vehicle was hit and a claim was filed over 2 months ago. After about a month and a half of attempting to contact an agent, we were finally told that they would provide us with an estimate and get back to us. A few weeks and several phone calls and messages later, they told us that they would be sending us a check for the damages. It has been about 3 weeks since that time, and now they will not answer our phone calls or return our messages. FED UP!!! I hate stooping so low as to leave a negative review, but we don't know how else to get their attention as multiple phone calls and voicemails a day does not seem to do the trick. We just want our vehicle fixed!!

If I could give negative stars I would. Their insured hit my $45,000 car 3 months ago. They just recently approved the repair (for half of the body shop estimate and a day less labor). It took two phone calls a day for a month to get to this point. I'm not sure it would've ever moved forward if I didn't make that effort. Now they offered me a rental car with a max of $35 a day and their company doesn't deliver cars to the body shop. First, they hit me, I should receive a rental at the level I'm accustomed to driving. Second it doesn't matter what the rental is if they don't bring it to the shop. How am I supposed to get there? This is the flat out worst, by far, insurance company I have ever seen, heard of or dealt with. Avoid this company like it has the plague, because if you ever need them that's how they'll make you feel.
