if people don't want to wait in a very long line then they should print their paper out and fill it out before they arrive there so that when they are the first in line they will be able to give them the paper about their animal so that they can be taken care of right away instead of the person giving you the paper then you have to go all the way in the back of the line and fill it out then go back up then give it to them that's what takes forever.....
but if you are prepared then print your paper out first then take it with you when you take your animal to get their surgery so that you're in and out within 30 minutes.
They also send the link for you to fill out the paper in your email on the bottom people have to be smart enough just to look at the whole email..
Over all a great experience.

Stephanie obviously works there and is just trying to balance the bad reviews. If they were good people, you shouldn't have to lie and place a fake positive review, the public would do it for you.

" Improving the lives of dogs and cats" ? Seriously ? BEWARE ! These sadistic butchers will TERMINATE the life of your pet. Got their grisly hands on my wife's extremely healthy kitten and promptly executed him. Without so much as even an apology. And then keep the charges for ' body disposal '. If you value your pet, my advice is to avoid this slaughterhouse at all costs.

To save you guys the trouble of waiting 2 hours just to have them not take your pet in
1. Make sure your dog or cat is hydrated by checking their gums to see if they are bright pink (kinda dark), If pale pink they will not take them in.
2. If they are under weight they will not take them in.
3. If they have more than 13 ticks or fleas they will not take them in.
4. When scheduling online, save yourself the trouble of paperwork by printing them before hand it's on their website and having it ready. Saves a lot of time!
5. Get there early because they do have lines and the place is packed by 6:40-6:50AM
6. Pick up time is also an hour wait, be patient they are going as fast as they can.
The staff is very friendly and caring other than the wait (which is expected because for a small staff they work really hard to make sure everyone is taken care of) I have no complains about the place. The spay was free but I paid for the e-collar and pain meds she also needed shots. Still for all of that being $35 I was so happy. I have one dog left to neuter and I will definitely be bringing him here. :)
