The food here is so good. I only have 4 stars because the potatoes are really greasy. However, I am definitely going back. I'm taking my parents here when they visit.

The pink building on Cupples Rd. Not to be confused with the place on Goliad. This is one of my favorite places for lunch. The food is great and the service is fast and friendly.

Anyone can make breakfast tacos, but what really sets Blanquita's apart is the flavor and quality of the flour tortillas. These homemade flour tortillas are the best I have experienced in a LONG time!
It's a hole in a wall joint, but it is a clean hole in a wall with great food and great, friendly service. I need to go back and try lunch one day!
