This magnificent park is one of the city's many hidden gems! The new playground renovation is far better than the wooden playground i grew up knowing and visiting over the years. It is definitely a wonderful place to let your children play and tire themselves out. Everyone should visit this downtown playground and enjoy the many surrounding views.

Great place downtown for families, they have various cultural events. Check the San Antonio current calendar. The tower of America's, free ride up if you go to the chart house lounge at the top. Nice happy hour there. Has a very nice jungle gym park for the kids. Nice clean bathrooms, very well lighted up at night.

I've been in San antonio for 8 years and this was our first time going downtown and my kids loved this park. It's beautiful and has a lot of different things for kids to play with. Also it has good lightning during the night which is really important with kids playing.

Very beautiful. Tower of The Americas is always stunning. Went at night, and the night time view of the city is breathtaking. Prices were affordable enough to go out on the observation deck.

Incomplete park. Still a lot of construction going on but the part that is completed is fun. Playground is for older kids and personally I would have preferred a more traditional playground structure but it works. Sand pit and splash pad are fun. Interested to see the park when it is done.
